You will need proof of the purchase of the seeds. As with any other product, you need to provide proof that, in effect, you purchased the seeds from one of our authorised retailers. Always keep your purchase receipt and the empty packet as product guarantee.
If your purchased our seed on the website, keep the order number and the emails sent during the purchase and dispatch process.
• You will need to provide photographs that show your problem so that we can proceed to analyse the causes.
• Take into account that the replacement seeds, once its dispatch has been approved, will be sent to shop where you purchased them, so that you can collect them there.
